Online Banking Changes

With CME CU new Online Banking and Bill Payer service, we had it easy to quickly see your account history, transact business and safely open new accounts all from the palm of your hands.  Let us show you how simple and FREE banking can be!!

  • The first time you log on, you will need to establish a Logon ID and Security Code/Password that is different from your current one.

To do this simply follow these three (3) steps by using information you already know.

STEP 1:

  • At the top of the Homepage will be a menu bar. To the right of the menu Bar, it says “Online Banking Login”. Click on the words and the logon fields will appear. Click on the word “Enroll”.

STEP 2:

  • When you click Enroll, a new window will open titled “Enroll in Online Banking”.
    • Check the box next to “I am not a robot” and click “Continue”.
       
  • When you click ”Continue”, a new window will appear asking you to enter:
    • Your Member Account Number
    • The last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number
    • The number of your street address
    • Click “Next”

STEP 3

  • A new window will appear to establish your login credentials.
     
  • If you hover over the “?” next to each field, helpful hints will appear to guide you.
    • Logon ID: You will need to create a unique username to log in This will need to be different from your account number.
    • Security Code: Commonly known as a password. You will key in and confirm your Security Code.
    • Click “Enroll”

A small green window will appear indicating you have successfully enrolled. You will then be given the option to “click here” to log on using your new credentials.

Security Questions
We have enhanced the security features of Online Banking. When you login using your new credentials, you will need to select and establish three (3) security questions. Once you are done with this, you will be asked for your email address and, if you have one, your mobile phone number. We will only use this information to confirm your identity for Online and soon to come Mobile Banking usage.
